Welcome to HireMR.in. This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between the user and HireMR regarding the terms of service, conditions of use, and obligations incumbent upon all parties engaging with the platform. By accessing or using HireMR, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. Definitions and Interpretations
“HireMR” shall refer to the platform HireMR.in, including but not limited to all affiliated web pages, mobile applications, and related services.
“User” denotes any individual or entity accessing, browsing, or otherwise utilizing HireMR’s services, including but not limited to job seekers and recruiters.
“Recruiter” refers to corporations, organizations, hiring agencies, or authorized personnel responsible for listing job vacancies on the platform.
“Job Seeker” encompasses individuals utilizing the platform to seek employment opportunities, upload resumes, or engage with job listings.
2. Eligibility and User Obligations
Users must be at least 18 years of age and capable of forming legally binding contracts under the applicable laws of India.
By using this platform, users confirm that all information provided is truthful, accurate, and up to date.
HireMR reserves the right to suspend, limit, or terminate user accounts should any provided information be deemed misleading, inaccurate, or fraudulent.
3. Permissible and Impermissible Use of Services
For Job Seekers:
Users may explore job listings, apply for vacancies, and engage with recruiters.
HireMR bears no responsibility for the outcome of job applications or subsequent employment relationships.
Job seekers shall not engage in deceptive practices such as falsifying credentials, spamming recruiters, or misrepresenting their experience.
For Recruiters:
Employers must ensure job postings adhere to Indian employment laws and industry standards.
Posting of fraudulent, misleading, or duplicate job listings is strictly prohibited.
Recruiters assume full responsibility for screening candidates and ensuring job offers align with contractual obligations.
4. Payment Terms, Refunds, and Subscription Services
HireMR provides premium job posting services and subscription-based recruiter plans, the terms of which shall be dictated by the respective service agreements.
Payment transactions shall be processed via secure payment gateways, and users agree to comply with the relevant financial regulations.
All payments are non-refundable, except in instances of duplicate charges, technical malfunctions, or expressly stated exceptions.
HireMR does not guarantee job placements or recruiter-candidate matches and bears no financial liability for unsuccessful job searches.
5. Prohibited Conduct and Account Termination
Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities:
Dissemination of spam, unsolicited communications, or fraudulent job postings.
Impersonation of entities, unauthorized data mining, or circumvention of platform security features.
Attempting to manipulate platform algorithms or interfere with the website’s operational integrity.
Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension, legal action, and permanent restriction from the platform.
6. Data Privacy and Security Compliance
Users acknowledge that their personal data shall be processed in accordance with HireMR’s Privacy Policy and applicable data protection regulations.
HireMR implements reasonable security measures to protect user data but does not warrant absolute immunity from cyber threats.
Users are responsible for safeguarding their account credentials and assume liability for any unauthorized access resulting from negligence.
7. Liability and Indemnification
HireMR functions solely as a job listing intermediary and does not engage in employment negotiations, salary discussions, or hiring decisions.
Users agree to indemnify and hold HireMR harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from fraudulent job listings, employment disputes, or third-party actions.
HireMR shall not be held liable for loss of data, service interruptions, or external system breaches.
8. Modifications to Terms and Service Disruptions
HireMR reserves the right to revise, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Users acknowledge that continued use of the platform following such updates constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
HireMR shall not be liable for temporary service interruptions due to maintenance, unforeseen circumstances, or external disruptions.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India, and disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
Any legal claims or disputes must be filed within the jurisdiction of Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh, India.
